If your first agent is not live within 48 hours of you giving us the information and access we need, your first month is free. Voice agents and custom builds have the timelines stated in your order.
Monthly plans
Monthly fees are not refunded for a month that has started, but you can cancel to stop future charges.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan, we refund the unused full months.
