The service
We provide AI agents that communicate with your customers through the channels you connect. You remain responsible for the information you give the agents and for your use of those channels.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, plus applicable GST. Conversations above your plan's limit are billed at the rate shown on the Pricing page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the agents for spam, unlawful content, or messages that break the policies of WhatsApp, Meta or telecom regulators.
Accuracy
Agents answer from the information you approve. AI can make mistakes; you should review conversations and set human approval for sensitive actions.
Cancellation
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
